The A537 between Macclesfield and Buxton has been named as Britain's most dangerous road.
It came top of a risk list for accidents.
Scientists used the amount of serious injuries on the route against the volume of traffic to work out how dangerous it is.
Advance Warning - M67 Eastbound closed due to roadworks during the night between J3 A627 (Hyde) and A57 Hyde Road / A57 Mottram Road / A560 Stockport Road.
One lane closed and heavy traffic on M6 Southbound at J16 A500 (Stoke-On-Trent / Crewe).
