
TWO KILLED ON CHESHIRE'S ROADS IN ONE NIGHT
Two people have been killed on Cheshire roads in one night.
The first incident happened on Hollins Lane in Styal at around 8pm on Tuesday.
An 89-year-old man died after the car he was in came off the road and collided with a tree.
In a second collision, a 12-year-old girl died from serious head injuries.
She was crossing the A559 near Lostock Gralam on a bike when a motorist in a green Vauxhall Astra Estate hit her.
